Just wanted to get some feedback on a project I just completed. This was shot for a reenactment group out of East Texas, as a tool for them to send out to obtain bookings, and for their website.

All shot on the XHA1 with no adapters and minimal color correction. Mixed some older footage with some newer.

The music was written and performed by me. Was going for a "Young Guns" type feel with the music.


Would love to hear any feedback and or criticisms, likes or dislikes. Also, what would be a fair price to charge for a project like this?

I thought that was really creative man. Great piece.

The only thing that bugged me was the focus during the interviews, seemed to be on the wall and not the subject.
 
PaPa, was the picture out of focus or was the focus more on the background?

Can anyone give a ballpark estimate on what a fair price for a project like this would run?

I'm trying to set my prices, and could use some guidance. I don't want to overbid, or undercut the market.
