C200: Grip relocator cable

I am building out my C200 rig and assumed I could use the grip re locator from my C100/C300. It looks like that isn't the case with the new Arri rosette handle. I see there is an option from Shape but it's backordered from B&H (link below). Do you guys know of any other options or places the cable may be available?

Just to follow up in case anyone is wondering the connection on the camera is the same as the original C100 and C300. I connected the grip from my C100 with zacuto grip relocator and it works just fine. The new side grip is an arri rosette and the cable is placed on the side of the grip rather than behind the old connecting point.
