grey market buy

Hello, I bought a brand new DVX 100b off of an ebay store called Sunshine Electronics back in September. I called them up and they were very friendly and there feedback was great so i went ahead and bought it. I recieved the camera the exact same day they said it would arrive and it had 0 hours on the heads and it definititely was never before used with the original box and everything.

My question is I've been reading into all this Grey Market business and getting some information and I'm pretty sure I bought grey market, should I be worried? Everything seemed really legit but do you think the camera is just going to stop working at some point or something like that? I'm just not sure what to think.
 
Grey market isn't necessarily illegal. Typically, they get cameras that were not designated for sale in the US, and sell them in the US. The camera is most likely the real thing, new-in-box, but has no warranty no matter what they tell you.
 
Yeah, there's nothing wrong with the grey market DVXs, but you miss out on warranty and other goodies that you sometimes get with fully legit ones, like rebates and stuff. I got mine grey market and it works great.
 
oh, alright!

that's good news then because i know there's no warranty on it they never said anything about that. So Awesome i guess i shouldn't be worried then. Thanks guys!
