Green Screen Setting

Does anyone have a quick guide for settings to shoot green screen.Shot is lock down of a guy riding a bike
Shooting Canon 7d With the 135 kit lense. Sunpak 72mm filter

Just use the standard or whatever settings you use when you typically film. The only problem I've had with green screen is shooting @ 720p for slow mo stuff.

keying @ 1080p is no problem.
 
Be careful with soft focus. Try to shoot with a higher fstop. It is a real pain to key footage that has soft edges around where you need to key. I would advise against it.
 
Just Light the Darn thing WELL. I shot 720 and 1080 wide open just use the Fstop to control exposure and no filters. I have shot many different Picture styles and they all key well. Just Make sure the Green Screen is Litt UP well. and Your Subject is lit Appropriently to the Scene you will key in later.

Back to the OP, as said before it's all about your lighting and preventing spill. The 7D footage will be tricky enough on its own, so if you're not mindful of those, then you'll really be screwed.

I've seen some decent keying results, but I'd still recommend against using DSLRs for heavy keying if you can. I've yet to see a really solid "lifelike" composite with this footage.
