Ok I asked this question long ago and since then decided to wait and give it more time and study.
Ive had many months of studying Greenscreen/Chroma and now I'm finally ready to start getting serious work done.
Here my option are:
1. Buy a mac pro and syndicate software http://www.syndicate.se/
to capture uncompressed with the 7D.
2. Buy one of the canon's mini HD camera (hv20 -hv40 , HFS100 ext ) and a blackmagic card to capture uncompressed footage.
I was told the Mini cams have the same or better resolution uncompressed and are better and cheaper for my greenscreen tasks. I truly want my composites to look real as posibble with least jaggy edges and artifacts.
So by now Febuaray 2010 can anyone confirm for sure say that the Canon mini camcorders uncommpressed footage is better than the 7D uncompressed footage for Green/Blue Screen Chroma keying or vise vera??
