Grainy

I have just recently been shooting around for fun and have been in HD 24fps mode. But when I bring it into post, I find a lot of grain happening. I check all my settings and have my gain to to low, gain setting inside the game to negatives, but am still picking up grain, Even in times when I have good lighting. Can someone help me?

Is AGS set to "off"? AGS = Auto gain = Grain. Turn that off.

Also, within the menus, you can customize the settings of the different gain levels (low, medium and high). I set mine to Low -3, Mid 0, and High +6, but generally speaking, I always leave it set to low.
