Grabbing a Frame

I shot in a GL2, and I am editing in ae and adobe premiere pro, and i want to export a frame they best way/quality possible? how can i do this?
 
ctrl+alt+5 is how to render a frame from AE, crtl+shift+m to export frame in PremierPro. If it is interlaced, use photoshop to deinterlace it.
