I was wondering why there was no "medium" and "narrow" field of view options in 4K mode, only in 1080p and below. Don't get me wrong, I like the ultra-wide option. But it would have been nice to have all three options available for 4K. Let's say for example that you don't want that ultra-wide fish eye look in 4K, is there any way to un-distort that look in post?
Info is for Hero3+, but I would guess that it would be similar. I also would guess that the stated lens equivalents are in relation to a 135-size "full frame" sensor.I still want to know what the actual FOVs are equal to in 35mm lenses.
(is doers a word?)
Not sure. They have to exist.Dustylense, do you know of any similar plugin to Alex4D for premiere pro? I don't have FCPX. Thank you in advance.
Looks like it's built in for premier.Dustylense, do you know of any similar plugin to Alex4D for premiere pro? I don't have FCPX. Thank you in advance.
Thank you very much Dustylense. Much appreciated.
Not sure why, but when I use that effect, Premiere Pro CC chokes on my Gopro footage. I don't understand because I have a maxed out iMac i7 with 32GB of RAM.
PPCC either plays it back choppily or just freezes. As soon as I turn the effect off, it plays smoothly again. It also seems to take forever to render when that effect is added.
