GoPro Hero4 images leaked.

There was a post on reddit about this, it included a leaked screenshot of an australian website with the prices, I recall one of them being ~$649AUD.

I'm thinking not over $500 for the top end black edition. everyone will want those specs and going too much higher makes them more of a serious consideration to a lot of normal people where dropping $300 or $400 seems like a throw away. plus most of the full upgrades have always doubled frame rates for a very similar price.

I'm also curious what the equivalent focal lengths are of the Ultra Wide, Medium and Narrow settings?

I was wondering why there was no "medium" and "narrow" field of view options in 4K mode, only in 1080p and below. Don't get me wrong, I like the ultra-wide option. But it would have been nice to have all three options available for 4K. Let's say for example that you don't want that ultra-wide fish eye look in 4K, is there any way to un-distort that look in post?

Absolutely there are ways to remove distortion. I used Alex4D for FCPX on this 4K shot from Philips DL. Look at the white building on the right.
