Good Inexpensive Shoulder Mount for DSLR's!

I am looking for a good, inexpensive shoulder mount to use with my DSLR. I need something easy to use, as well as comfortable. If anyone has suggestions on brands, give me a holler!

Yes i need the same my existing one is 15 years old and getting past its sell by date,i am left eyed filming in as much as i use my left eye with my GH2s viewfinder, but there seem no light ones that go over both shoulders that dont cost as much as the camera. The UK plenty of cameras and lenses but i cant find one of those to suite me.

Hey, I just ordered one from Cowboy Studios for 35 dollars. My friend had one and I tried his out, definitely not bad for the 35 dollar price. I would suggest looking into one if you're shooting on a tight budget.

I bought one from India for my Canon 7D.Google Cinecity their brand name is Pro aim. They have so many different types of camera stabilizers it's worth checking out.Mine has a Matte Box,Follow Focus with a 15 inch whip, Counter Balance,Handles.I also bought a 8 inch LCD Monitor from China which gives me a professional rig.

I found a monopod to be far better then both the Redrock Rig I used to own, and the Zacuto rig I used to own. Just my two-cents :)

you can't get more inexpensive than the cowboy rig; just be aware you're getting low quality (and, in particular, beware of the horizontal displacement bit, there are some reports of that piece breaking, which could lead to camera damage)

some info about it here:

Yeah I got one and on my third (yes 3rd) use, one of the knobs just crumbled to pieces in my hands... shortly thereafter other pieces started disintegrating.... Cowboy Studio has good customer service and told me to send it back and they'll send me a new one..... wondering if I should even waste my time.

I don't use rails so something simple like the SpiderBrace works well for me. Just under $100 delivered to my door.

I ordered the SpiderBrace II "Combo" with the 3rd grip centered. Better balance for using one hand while the other adjusts focus. Customer service was outstanding, mine started to come apart (made of PVC) and I emailed asking what kind of glue I should use to fix it.

They replied that a replacement unit was already on the way and to simply return the pieces of the broken one in the same box the replacement came in. Replacement arrived within 2 days and not a bit of trouble since. Lightweight and simple but not made for hanging a bunch of stuff on it.

Partially disassembles for packing in suitcase.
