good deal/quality?

Spending $1400 on a camera and putting $14 glass in front of it is, IMO, asking for trouble.

Spend the money on filters by Hoya, Tiffen or B&W. It's money well spent.

there's your answer =)

any good camera store will sell them. You can obviously search for them online too.

have a look at the fader ND if you are considering an ND filter. have a search and read on it. I just picked one up.

These cameras take a 62mm, correct? On the kit lens...

There's so many to choose from, come on guys, throw some suggestions...

Oh, sorry....I thought this site was for helping people learn...

This, like any other site is a place for people to share information. And yes, for some of us it is a place where we can learn. However, it is not a place for spoon feeding.

Many people have contributed immense amounts of information out of the kindness of their hearts, and at some cost in time.

So to ask these people to repeat this stuff over an over, is inconsiderate. There was a thread about filter sizes only just the other day. And there are many more concerning your question.

So out of respect, if nothing else, do yourself a favor and search before asking. All the answers to your questions can be found there. And if not, then ask.

I gave you a big one.

Ok enough. 15 posts and you're running the site. Be careful who you "write" to, maybe some people need more help than others, maybe some are handicapped. You never know who is on the other end... Thanks for the response.
