Good AC90 backup cam

I've been searching around for a good b roll cam for the AC90 and found that the HC-X920 is used by some but I was really hoping to find something that was a little less $. Any suggestions on what you guys have used successfully?
 
The problem may be: most of us think of the 90 as the backup cam... I don't know if there are many all-manual cameras with XLRs, etc, that are going to be cheaper than the AC90.
