C100: going from c100 MK1 to MK2

I own a c100 MK1 and I'm going to be renting a MK2 for a job without a lot of time to play with it.
Any advice or gotchas I should know about? I use "Wide DR" setting on the MK1. What's the closest on the MK2?
Hoping to take advantage of the dual pixel autofocus for some moving shots (which I don't have on my MK1).

Gracias.

The color response between the two is different, you might hunt for others who have played with the two for a while or own both, what their color offset is. From my experience, the MKI has a more red/orange tint and the MKII is cooler. If you just put both on WDR, they aren't going to match.

True, but in my practical experience, no one other than types like us would mind, or even notice. And only then if you're looking for it. In my daily work, we cut them together all the time with minimal or no color correction, and no one has ever commented.

I have rented the C100 MKII a few times to intercut with my C100 MKI and have had a difficult time getting them to match exactly but they are pretty easy to get into the same neighborhood. A lot of it also depends on the color spectrum present in your subjects. Seems as if daylight exteriors are the easiest while CU, lit interior shot with lots of skin tone in the frame is more difficult and the mis-match is more noticeable.

thanks 4 the notes all. I won't be intercutting...just using the mkII this time. so it sounds like I should be set.
