Are you considering any other hand held stabilizers, or just the Glidecam 2000? Have you ever flown, or set one up?

Not a glidecam, but I have a flycam 3000 that im selling for next-to-nothing. $90 shipped.

I've owned the Blackbird (just recently sold here) and loved how quick it was to setup and fly. The fact that it was very portable was a plus! I've used the Merlin and couldn't get the hang of it. I rented the Glidecam HD2000 over the weekend and, although not as quick to setup as the Blackbird, I found that I enjoyed flying it more than I did the Blackbird. But it's all personal preference.
