GH4 GH5 Stock Alert

Hi, I did pre-order at 3 deferents Places.
Amazon. (PreOrder in January)
Adorama (PreOrder in February)
and BH (PreOrder in February)

This Morning I received and update from Amazon saying: " Estimated arrival date: April 05, 2017" (Expected to ship
Apr 3- Delivering Apr 5)

This is the only place that send me any status. Anybody had received something else?
 
As I understand it all the GH5 Pre-Orders from Hot Rod Camera are being fulfilled tomorrow.

Don't know if they have any extras, but may be worth checking.
 
Focus Camera in NY had some extra units yesterday. (I almost bought one, but didn't.)

Might be sold out by now, but there were a few in stock. The guy said they aren't allowed to ship until Thursday though.

Call Hot Rod Cameras... you may have better luck than with BH or Adorama.

Stay Away from Focus Cameras Really bad review everywhere
 
My GH5 arrives tomorrow as well. Gotta love Hot Rod Cameras.
I also heard there may be additional units available on Monday IF there are any Pre-order cancellations. Give them a call. Great people.
 
Congrats to all the early adopters. Looking forward to your comments on this cam.

I'm a chicken when it comes to new releases.............. :undecided

Hot Rod's shipment was delayed so I won't get mine until Friday, which is cool because I am waiting on a speedbooster anyway.
 
My pre-order from Glazer's (Seattle) coming to Monterey tomorrow. GH3 & 4 from them also early. Nice folks to deal with.
 
My Adorama pre-order packed and shipped on Wednesday, March 29, 2017. Thanks Adorama.

Good, let the discount and package deal season begin soon!

In Europe, the GH5 in combination with the 12-60mm Panasonic/Leica is about 2150 Euros which is around $2310.

It seems Panasonic is not very nice to early adopters in the US!
 
Looks like Panasonic made a better estimate of demand this go round. The GH4 was out of stock for a long time when introduced.
