GH5 lenses for overhead and outdoor shooting, Need recommendation.

Hi,
Going to buy GH5 and looking lens for overhead shooting videos . Drawing,craft,how-to type (like on attached picture), moreover i am going to make outdoor videos travel, nature etc. Can you recommend lens which will be good for both purpose ? or better buy two lenses ? If so which one ?

i have never had any camera, your help will be appreciated

I was planning to spent about 500 $ for one lens. But new generations panasonic lenses with dual ios are very attractive for me , they cost around 1000 $ but if they worth it and it can do both job good maybe i'll spend 1000 $ for one lens.

12-60mm f/2.8-4

Better the kit going on with the GH5 purchase, so it will cost you 60% of the full price.

But, I'd add a couple of affordable fast primes such as the pancake 20mm f/1.7 or the standard/normal 25mm f/1.4 (35mm equivalent to 50mm: mimics the human perspective, so all newbies would need to begin to photograph with one) or yet the 42.5mm f/1.7 Power O.I.S. (non macro but with tubes will offer you an interesting macro-like profile; actually my second choice) or then, another zoom (tele) if you're going to outdoors/nature.
