GH5 GH5 - judder/jitter with motion

Hi everyone, I'm a new user here.
I recently bought a GH5; I didn't have the time to fully test it in a proper work environment, but just shooting some footage I noticed something very annoying: I see some quite strong jerkiness/judder when someone or something moves within the frame or when I move the camera.
Here's some footage: this is exported from a Premiere CC timeline set as the original footage (4k, 24p) and was shot with 180d shutter angle.

I asked the girl to swing in front of the camera in different ways in some shots and I panned the camera in others.
Image stabilization was on.
I know 24p should be handled with care especially when panning, but I see something wrong even with the slightest movement; 25 and 30p are pretty much the same.
At 50 or 60 I don't see strong jerkiness/judder, just the image is a bit softer if I pan the camera or something moves.
The fact is that I want to shoot 24p, and I saw some very clean motion rendering in other 24 fps GH5 video test on YouTube or Vimeo (motion blur is totally ok, I just want to avoid this skippy/juddery feeling).
Any suggestion?
Thank you very much.

Did you set your monitor to 24p before viewing?

I would not want to look at 24p after looking at 60p. I can barely stand 24p judder as it is, but to look at it after 60, 24 would just look awful.

One thing you can try to make 24p SEEM more graceful, is upping the shutter angle to over 180. Like, the next step above 180... 240? I can't remember. That gives motion more blur, which can make it SEEM less juddery.

Very interesting point -- I can't. Refresh rate is 60hz. But with the same monitor I saw other very clean 24p gh5 videos.
Did I miss something in post? Do you think the footage I posted looks fine?

Most newer monitors can handle 24p just fine.

Are you on PC? If so you can try it with mpc-hc together with mad-vr.

I downloaded the footage and played it at exactly 24p and it looks fine, I also checked frame by frame and did not see anything out of the ordinary.

Of course some camera shakes will be perceived as flickerish, especially with fast moving highlights close to 100 IRE but that is not due to the camera.

Thanks for the tip. I just tried with mpc-hc but as soon as I enable madvr, my hardware (an asus laptop) can't keep up and the frame rate gets around 10. For the moment I have to trust you with your test if you say the camera is ok. Still don't know why I see very clean motion rendering in other gh5 24p videos on youtube with the same monitor...
