GH5 GH5 180fps - not any more!

I had similar results last month.

I was using an EVF and when I saw the problem , I unplugged but there was no difference - I think Paul Leeming might have the answer - what codec were you shooting in? did you have clipping highlights?

I shot in .mov format which is a wrapper for h264. I shot kids running and jumping and there were no blown highlights. I shot about 10 clips in 180fps mode and then the next eight clips had dropouts. I unplugged my external monitor and rebooted. I was able to shoot 10 more clips without the monitor, with no issues, but the last shot of the day had them. I think the culprit is the SD card. This is my second ADATA V90 card. The first would only record 15 seconds. This one has worked great until that day. This shoot was before firmware 2.2 came out which addressed VFR.

2.2?? DAMN - I haven't got the latest firmware! - too busy working and not enough time spent on the forums - got to get my priorities right.

I'll update the firmware but I still haven't been able to recreate the problem.
