GH4 micro HDMI output issues

Have any of you had trouble with the micro hdmi output? I can't fit an adapter into it, seems like the pins are out of place, out of the box. Took it back to where I bought it, and had the same problem, with two different adapters.

Is this something that anyone else has run into?

I have cables for my BMPCC and they work fine on the gh4

I use this cable from Monoprice without any problems in my GH4 to view my 4K videos on my 4K UHD TV.

I received my GH4 early last week and struggled for 2 days trying to get an output from the micro HDMI to an external monitor. Even asked for assistance here to troubleshoot my issues. Ended up returning it to Hot Rod Cameras to check it out and they couldn't get it to work either. It's currently headed back to Panasonic for evaluation and repair. Let's hope you don't face a similar situation.
