GH4 GH4 High ISO Weirdness. Anybody else experience this?

I noticed something interesting and unfortunate with my GH4. Using different Lumix lenses causes rolling noise at high ISOs. What is strange is that the Lumix 7-14mm affects 4k video only, while the Lumix 14-140 affects the 1080p only.
The video was all shot at 1600 ISO on the Natural profile with tungsten white balance.
Canon FD 35mm lens looks fine.
The Lumix 20mm pancake looks fine.

But look at the 14-140mm and the 7-14mm
14-140 is okay on 4k but noisy in 1080p
7-14mm is the opposite! okay at 1080p but weird noise in 4k!

As a control, the last shot is with the 7-14mm on the GH3 using the same settings (except only 50mb 1080p of course).

The Vimeo compression covers up the effect tremendously. Download the original file to take a better look. Something strange going on.

For the record, I intentionally underexposed these shots because the effect shows up in the shadows. I also noticed this on correctly exposed shots at 1600 ISO in dark parts of the frame.

Anybody else experience this with their GH4?

It's difficult to see on the Vimeo version, but on the original file it is obvious. I'm trying to figure out why it only happens using the Lumix lenses, and why the 7-14 only affects 4k while the 14-140 only affects 1080p.
My guess is because the lenses communicate to the camera via their electronic connection, and something is wrong with my camera.

I dont have those lenses so I can't verify your test. You could send your lenses to me? :D

I just wonder why one lens affects the 4k only while the other affects the 1080p only. In any case, I guess I need to test these lenses on another Gh4 body and see if I get the same results. I need to find out if this is just my camera.
