GH3 GH3 - Rear display low resolution + smearing colors?

Hey everyone, i'm new to this forum so hello!

Anyway, I just bought a GH3 and I just sold my Canon 600d.
The first thing I noticed is that the rear lcd display is extremely low resolution, I can see jittery lines around edges and stuff, did anyone else run into this?
Also ONLY my rear display is smudging colors at low light situations, between iso 100-1000.

No my question is... Is this intended or is there something wrong with my camera model? I think the model is quite exspensive and it should not having these kind of failures right?

You are not the only one with this problem. I have it too. I'm pretty sure this is a common flaw in the GH3's design. I can live with it, but it sucks and it should be 'fixed' with an update if possible.
