I've noticed that at low ISO settings (400, 800) when filming in low light, the LCD screen on my GH3 sometimes displays a greenish tint. Is this normal? My hacked GH2 doesn't have this issue.
Strangely enough I can't see the problem on the actual footage. It just shows up on the LCD screen during recording and playback, not on the actual file when viewing it on my computer.
I was shooting in 1080p24 FHD mov mode (50 Mbps)

Thanks for posting Viewgate. I thought it was just me. Maybe they'll come up with a firmware fix for this. I didn't return my GH3. Love it too much to have to wait for a replacement. Since it doesn't show up in the actual footage, I'll just hope they can address it in a future firmware fix. Minor nuisance really.

I cant understand why panisonic releases camera's that show color shifting when you hit record (gh2) And now the lcd, and evf issues on the gh3. This is unacceptable in this day and age. Especially for the price of the gh3. I think as a user group we need to send a letter with as many signatures as possible demanding a fix, or a refund. WHY can't they produce a high res lcd with no issues? it's frustrating to say the least.

I have contacted panasonic and send the pictures, they said they did not believe me because picture of a picture-generating-device is not accurate. More people have to report it so they start to understand I guess

I do agree on the fact that this is quite an expensive camera and that these kind of issues are not acceptable, thinking of returning my camera and waiting for something else.
Another comparison between the ipad and gh3:

greenish tint on my GH3's LCD screen at ISO 400 and 800, is this normal?
