Still no official price or specs, but we can finally see a little bit of it. Looks a bit smaller than I expected!

That stuff from Bruce LOgan and Phillip Bloom is pretty damned cinematic.

I don't know about the Dynamic Range yet... but, I'm pretty much re-sold (was already sold a while ago, though.)

Oh my!!!! I am in love again!!!!

Well, it looks like Mr. Bloom was busy with that little, (well, now a bit grown up), camera! I can't wait for his review!

One 'feature' I'd love to see on this new camera is the disappearance of meaningless mode names like FSH, FH, etc.

Just call it what it is, man. And use proper terminology. 1080p/24. 1080i/30 (NOT 60). 1080p/60 (That one can say 60). 720p/60, etc.

Very exciting and a fantastic leak/accident :)

But. I simply cannot wait for it to fall into the hands of someone who can give us real-life feedback on exactly what DR we can expect, and low-light performance at native ISO (can we hope for 800?), noise, artifacts (especially banding), jello, clean HDMI out. I have a bad feeling we won't know most of this info by photokina, instead we have to wait for it to fall into user hands. I can't believe how much is happening right now with Sony releasing cams left and right seemingly every 5 minutes, Nikon finally woke up and there's a ton of tests to be run. Exciting times :)

They'll announce in a few days regardless.

Awesome that this is finally released. Canon, Nikon and Sony have been releasing like crazy and Panasonic has been practically silent for awhile.

We might be able to ask Phillip Bloom if he is aware of somebody who might have been chosen to test the GH3 cinematic capabilities. Somebody that shot with already in a real life situation and might have some answers. I hope he does knows somebody like that.

+100

I really have no idea why it's like that in the first place..... This is something outside of camera ergonomics that really really bothers me.
Also camera looks great with the grip, this will be an instant purchase for me!

well that was fun to see while it was still up...

Looks like I'd better start hunting some more work to earn that 35-100

At least panasonic has a camera in its array of models which is a customer developed, the GH1 was panasonic, after that they left the model for customers to develop
