gh3 lens mount/ lens adapter

I bought a lens adapter that says pentax PK to 4/3 off ebay, when it arrived it did not fit on the GH3, but says it will fit the lumix DMC-L10. Does the GH3 mount have a proper name, for example e-mount, or is it just referred to as micro 4/3 mount?

I worded it kinda bad, my question is;

Does the DMC-L10 have a different mount than the gh3? if so what is the name of the gh3 mount?

Yes, the L10 is standard/full 4/3; whereas the GH3 is micro 4/3. The primary difference being the flange distance. (i.e. standard/full has the lens farther away from the sensor.)

thanks for clearing that up. kinda bunk i bought the wrong adapter though.
