GH3 Italy test shoot

Nice shots, I liked it.

Wasn't too fond of the exposure dipping transitions at the start and I thought more timelapse than just the single clip would have fit the rhythm better that point in the song (the music fit the timelapse, but it felt abrupt to have one clip of timelapse and then right back to the slider shots). Otherwise, a very nice video. I was impressed by the level of dynamic range the GH3 captured as well, retaining detail in both the sky and the street level.

Any info on lenses and post-processing for this video?
 
Thanks for your reply! Yes I agree, I may have finished the edit too fast :), the only lens used is the panasonic lumix 12-35mm. Post processing was done in Premiere and After effects. Color grading consists of layers of a Lut, curves, and filmconvert. I also applied a unsharp mask of 1.0
 
What was your slider setup? There were some decently long movements (e.g. at Pisa). How much of a hassle did you have traveling around with tripod/slider gear?
 
I build a Igus slider(1 meter), and used a manfrotto HDV 501 tripod. It sure was a hassle dragging this thing along :)
