GH2 Waveform monitor / Zebras?

New to the DSLR world. Does the GH2 have any waveform monitoring / zebra capability? How do most adjust monitor levels?

The GH2 has a sort-of zebra, it has a white highlight clip feature where anything that's actually 100 IRE will flash black and white on the screen. Works pretty well. You can't adjust it like real zebras, but at least it'll let you know if anything's actually overexposed.

Seems to have a histogram as well. It's no WFM but I imagine it could be pretty useful.

Yes, it has the histogram, which is able to be used in live mode.

It also has the over/under exposure meter, which is a little graph at the bottom of the screen with numbers from -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3 showing how far over or under the exposure is based on what the camera's autoexposure system would choose.

That sounds usable. Thanks for the info.

I shot my GH2 for the first time today and I thought the zebra and histogram was helpful. Do most people use the histogram? Can it be moved from the middle of the frame? Thanks.

The histogram can actually be moved all around the screen simply by placing your finger on it until you see the "multi directional indicator box" and then dragging it across the screen iPhone style. Pretty dang cool if you ask me. Found that one out by mistake!
