GH2 w/ fd lenses

I was thinking of getting Canon fd lenses and an adapter with my GH2. Will they be long enough to fit a follow focus and get up to the matte box? I think I'm going with indisystem.

Maybe the jag35 baseplate will be a better choice for the short lenses.

Has anybody used these lenses/kits with the GH1?
