GH2 GH2 + Olympus 12mm or Panasonic TM900 for video?

I have the TM700 and the GH1 with the Olympus 12mm f2.0 lens. The TM700 definitely has better autofocus and it has INCREDIBLE stabilization, which the GH1 does not. The GH1 w/ Olympus 12mm supports AF-C, but you can hear the autofocus motor at work and there is a tiny but noticeable bit of hunting every time it refocuses. That being said, the GH1 w/ 12mm footage looks better in low light than the TM700 does. And the 12mm is a 24mm FOV versus the TM700 is a 35mm FOV at its widest setting. So they are not fungible. The 12mm has noticeable vignetting at f2.0, which goes away at f2.8. Do you need a wide angle lens (24mm equivalent FOV)? If so, then the TM900 won't work for you. If not, then why not choose the Panny 25mm f1.4, which is sharper and faster than the Olympus 12mm? For low light on a stabilized platform, I would pick the GH2 over the TM900. The GH2 will also give you better DOF control. The main thing you will get from the TM900 is hassle-free shooting.
