GH2 in stock thread

I signed up a few days ago and they said only three people were ahead of me for the silver. I guess everyone want's black.

I emailed them to double check. Will report back soon.
 
At least a month ago I was told I was #1 in line with a pair of the discounted silver bodies from Unique. I spoke with Gene @ ext. 209 this morning and he said he didn't know much and said he would get to me when he knew more. So toss that into the mix of what's going around and take it all for what its worth.

Hmmm that doesnt sound good.
 
I would've preferred just the body only, but patience isn't a virtue here. I'll sell the lens and recoup what I can.
 
Just confirmed with Abel my GH2 Kit was sent out today, the shipment of GH2`s arrived today around 2pm. They are in, you better hurry.

Which kit did you order lakota 14-42 or 14-140? Mine has been on order at the NYC shop for about a week and they initially said stock would probably be in on the 8th but when I called yesterday it hadn't come in. They were supposed to call me when my order was ready to ship so I'm curious if you ordered a different kit. I was 4th in line so I guess it's possible they got 3 or less but I wouldn't think it likely. I just ordered the 42 since I already have a good range of legacy FDs to get started.

14-140 Kit. I`m telling you Abel NY got them on the March 9. Now if any are still available i dont know. Mine will be here 10:30 am today.

Just got off the phone with PD and they will have two big shipments on March 12 and March 21. The lady said I was scheduled for the first shipment and that I should check my card on Monday.
Ordered thru EPP on Feb 9th, black body. We'll see.

What about taxes with Abel. If you are in NY, CA or IL you pay a hefty sales tax. I would rather save the $150 for a nice fast pancake lense.
