Word.
a few questions for anybody who has a little time to clear things up for me.
The GH2 camera outputs a an interlaced file (when recording in that mode) which i understood as being a progressive file that is saved out in an interlaced wrapper, with fields that are the same.
is this the case? If so. then why do panasonic say there sensor is actually a 50P signal, surely its still just 25p? (Mine is a PAL model)
Also i was reading somewhere that when a NTSC model outputs a 60i file, its actually a 24p with a pulldown... if this is true, which i kinda think it probally isnt.
anyways if it is true how does it achieve a 50i file? as i dont think that method of working would translate to pal?
cheers
