gh13 reliable native 24p and 60p

I downloaded the blackout native 24p patch for using on my new gh1, the 24p worked fine with no crashes or write errors. the 60p, however, has a write error after a few seconds of using it. I have a 16gb PNY class 10 card and I was wondering if someone could give me reliable settings for both 24p and 60p that will give me the best quality with minimal issues. I also would like to keep the ability to shoot native 24p. Thank you everyone.
 
I love the patch for 24p, no crashes even when in extreme conditions. 60p however, fails unless the detail of the scene is lower. I wonder if Blackout or Ipowell could improve this.
