GH13 GH13 best setup for post processing video afterwards?

I have a hacked GH1, Is Nostalgic, all settings to -2 the best setup for flat shooting so you can color correct after? Also, what settings do I focus on if color correcting in After effects CS5 using Color Finesse 3? I'm on PC is there a better tool for CC than AE? any good books or articles on color correction that you recommend for newbies?

Base film mode: SMOOTHContrast: -2Sharpness: -2Colour: +0Noise Reduction: -2I use magic bullet looks in after effects. Looks is a very good color GRADING tool, but not the best for correction.

The apple color series book is great if you are on FCP and have COlor!

Get Premiere CS5.5, it has built in settings for handling DSLR footage.
