GH1 + Vivitar 28-105mm f2.8-3.8 CY mount ???

Hi,
Anyone with experience about using GH1/2 + Vivitar 28-105mm f2.8-3.8 CY mount lens?
Of course, it needs CY > m4/3 adapter - no problem. But would be the results really good?
They say this lens is very good and very sharp.
Please for suggestions and opinions.

sorry i dont have this exact lens, but i do have the vivitar series 1 28-90mm 2.8-3.5, Canon FD mount. I got it to replace my Canon FD 50mm f/1.4 for wedding ceremonies. Still have mixed feelings about it. The IQ definitely isn't as good as the prime and I've also grown to dislike the weight of it. It's really heavy and needs to be supported if the camera is on a tripod. I would guess the Vivitar 28-105 is roughly in the same weight bracket. If you're just thinking photos, then you can just support the lens with your hand obviously.

I have. It's a Vivitar Series One lens. Those series 1 lenses can be pretty amazing. It wasn't my setup, however I used it on my GH1. You'll love the quality. I got the Vivitar 70-210mm Series , got a great deal on it. Built like a tank. Same f-stop through out the range too. The Vivitar 28-105mm f2.8-3.8 is good and I believe that is the Kiron built Vivitar. If it's a good price, get it....
