GH1 Shipping Today! According to Panasonic Sales Rep

Got my tracking number as well. He also responded to an email confirming (I quote) "yes it is 100% ntsc with panasonic usa warranty". UPS doesn't have a delivery date estimate yet, but should later tonight. He sent it 3 day select so it should make it here Wed next week. And yes so far I'm impressed, better service than I expected. I fully expected him to tell us that they were delayed.

I'd be so curious how he got a total of 12 GH1. He might be a legitimate Panasonic dealer? he hadn't sold GH1 before so assuming this was the first batch he got just like B&H.
 
Hi everyone, got a phone call from Camtech Photo, and picked up the GH1 even if I had one at L.L. Lozeau on preorder, 2 hours later, a call from Lozeau telling me my GH1 arrived.

I am willing to sell that GH1 to someone for a bit more than the Lozeau Price aka 1850$ Can, PM me if interested, we'll work something out.

And I'd like people from around Montreal if possible but if you're realllyy down we can work something out.




ALSO; can I do that on these forum?

I think you might be the first one to get. Tell us immediately once you got the package. Pictures will be nice too. Either we'll be jumping in joy or this :crybaby:.
 
Yeah, one end of the box has like the Dolby logo, and the Quicktime logo, and that end of the box will say, in silver letters, "NTSC" or "PAL"

ups says my scheduled delivery date is next wednesday...all of a sudden, i feel like i'll be sick that day...............
 
Yep I got my masonjersey tracking number also, next Wednesday's the day!

Can someone recommend a good Nikon to Micro 4/3 adapter? I gotta get that sucker on its way as well.
 
checked my tracking number from masonjersey and it is in boise and i live in nampa which is right next to it. i should get it today! i'll let you know if it's ntsc. woot!

Just got a letter from Amazon (USA) that they expect it to arrive on SEPT 21 ! Why would it take so much longer for them to get cameras and yet, others in the US seem to be getting some in? I just don't understand this.
