GH1- Remote Video Control

I haven't seen many infra red remotes, mainly cable. the one that i have seen is quite bulky and is powered by the flash hot shoe.
 
Sorry but I don't get it ! Do you use the shutter remote control to roll ? Which GH1 entry do you use ? Same as the external microphone?
 
the transmitter has an antenna, the reciever is like an oblong shape, pressing the transmitter button half way focuses and then the full press activates the shutter, its the Cactus Wireless Shutter Release for Panasonic / Leica Cameras

Can you confirm if the Cactus Wireless Shutter Release will work on 1080 AVCHD recording?
 
hi, the shutter release shouldn't make a difference for that, but anyways, i double checked, and yes that remote does work in 1080 AVCHD recording
 
whats not working? explain. to turn the cactus system you, you have to press and hold that button on the reciever until it starts to blink
 
Pick up a JYC Wireless Shutter Release for GH1. It focuses (greenlights), but does not fire (red lights) Dont see any settings. Any Thoughts? TIA.
