GH1 in stock on Sept 14

God everyone knows when you use the Canon 7D you can see the future...what measly GH1 users can't do that?

Lol I was attempting to make fun at people claiming the 7D can do anything. Even see the future....*wiggles fingers and makes wooooo sound.*

Learned another possible let down with the 7D. Uwe (ustein) has one to play with for a few days and he said that he couldn't find live histograms.
Very surprising, might be buried in menu's somewhere. (I'm a fence sitter BTW - looks like I will be shooting with both)

Maybe the 7D's "Expo. Simulation" feature needs to be turned on first to allow its live histogram to be displayed while recording video? See pages 134 & 136 in the 7D manual. The manual seems unclear on this point.

I searched but I don't find the word "histogram" in any of Phil Bloom's 7D blog posts.

Interesting!

From the distant past, actually. I bought a second GH1 from Amazon, and had no need for a third GH1. Hopefully this helped others who are still waiting for one.

Thanks for revealing the presumptuousness of those who have anti-7D biases.
