GH1 Import Color Space - RGB 709 or YCbCr 709

Well-known member
Upon importing my GH13's footage into Avid Media Composer, I have the option of importing in either the YCbCr 709 color space, or the (computer) RGB 709 color space. Which should I choose? I've been going with YCbCr since that's broadcast standard...?
 
Even if the project (and exported final sequence) will be in YCbCr (16-235) as opposed to RGB (0-255)?
