At http://vimeo.com/groups/gh1/videos/12998219 I read that "The exact same shots failed on an older GH1 model made in China even using the same card. Results were successful with a newer GH1 model made in Japan".
I did not install the Tester13 firmware yet, but want to buy a second body for this purpose. Since all PAL bodies/bodies for the European market, as far as I know, are made in China; I wonder whether I will face difficulties?
Is there anyone that faced problems/differences? Are there PAL body users who are testing/using the Tester13 firmware at 50Mbps?
What I personally expect is that the problems listed at Vimeo are related to using an older GH1 rather than to where it is produced...... am I right?, I would like to be sure here!
