GGS/NEEWER/PERFECT loupe on 60D?

I designed a view loupe for the 5D and another for the 550D. The two view screens are a different proportion, the 5D is not as wide by a few mm. If people are commenting this loupe cuts off the edges on the 60D it was probably designed for the 5D screen. My 550D loupe fits my 60D screen exactly though.

This loupe was designed for the 5D and 7D. It cuts off 1mm either side of the 550D and I assume it would do the same with the 60D. However the bigger problem with the 60D is that you will no longer be able to close the LCD screen facing inwards. This may or may not be a problem depending on how you normally use your camera.

It works fine for its price. Does the job and it fits fine on my t2i if you want to cover the censor. Anyway, mine just broke off.

Anyone know how to glue this sucker back on? Is there a special adhesive or sticker that can stick plastics strongly together? Thanks,

Bleuspider, how long did it last before it fell off? And were there any contributing factors (eg extreme heat, or carelessness when first installing it?)

I'm ready to get one to replace my slightly inconvenient Hoodman Crane setup, but it seems the adhesive is far from 'permanant.'

I've been using mine for 6 months now with little problems on a t2i. It takes a little time to position but if you do it right you lose almost nothing on either side of the frame. I like mine!

I had mine for a few weeks and it just fell off today due to 100+ temperatures and probably because I stuck the base right under the censor leaving 3 sides glued to the camera. It works great but I had no idea it can fall off like that. Now I'm just trying to figure out how to glue the sucker back on. I'm seeing if this epoxy works. I'll find out tomorrow morning.

I recently was working on a doc, and I decided to use a eye cup from ebay. It did not have a diopter adjustment, so it caused me to have to focus my eye unnaturally. Worst mistake I have ever made. My eyes are worth a bit more than that. Do not get one of these unless it has a diopter adjuster, no matter how cheap it is! It will f up your eyes with long term use.
