GH2 Getting picture over HDMI?

Ugh... just read the entire manual :zombie_smiley:
Not getting any picture over hdmi to the TV. It doesn't pop in automatically? What to press in the camera menus to get a feed?

Was also thinking that the cable might be outdated hdmi version but couldn't find any info on what v. GH2 outputs.
 
It is touchy. Try turning the TV off, plug in the GH2, then turn the TV on after 5 seconds. Ifthat doesn't work, set it to 720p then reset it to Auto. It seems kinda random.
