getting Magic Bullet Grinder using all cores to maximum

I've purchased the Magic Bullet Grinder software ($49) and I have a question for any OS X aficionados out there about it utilizing all cores when processing. I notice that it does use all 4 cores of my CPU, but only to a maximum level in the 20% or so. I notice that Compressor will utilize well into the 90% area on it's processes, so I was curious as to whether there is something I need to set in QMaster prefs or somewhere else to get a higher throughput in Grinder. So far I haven't found anything that seems relevant.

Any suggestions welcomed.

if the software is not programmed to take advantage of the cpus cores then there is really nothing you can do.

The software is programmed to utilize all cpu cores, but doesn't do it at optimum or maximum capacity. I guess I'll have to give Red Giant tech support a call this week.
