Getting audio with 60p?

I can get slow mo from my footage that I have shot @ 60p through DVC PRO HD converter in FCP. However once it is converted I lose the audio. I am trying to get slow mo with audio. The original footage is shot on an HPX170 60fps and 720/60p. So the audio is there to start. What gives???
 
Have you taken the same file and use Cinema Tools to conform to 24p?

That should work, and always work on a duplicate file.
 
the HPX 170 can record audio when shooting slow mo? that's news. I'll have to test it.

I misunderstood. you're shooting 60i and slowing that down?
