1DC: Getting Around The 4GB File Limit on 1DC?

I picked up a 1DX Mark 2, 5D Mark4 & 1DC all in the last few months. The 1DX2 and 5D4 were both splitting clips at 4GB. I formatted my CFast, & CF card for the 1DX2 to exFat. Problem solved. Then I formatted the 5D4 SD card and CF card to exFat and problem solved. Both cameras can record 29 min 59 seconds to the cards in 1 single clip.

I tried formatting my CF card for the 1DC to exfat and it still splits the clips? My CF cards are all Lexar 256gb 1066x UDMA 7. Just curious as I just switched over to canon.

Did you ever find a fix for this issue? I did the same thing with my 5D4, but my 1DC is driving me crazy!!
