get back deleted clips from P2 cards

I accidentally delete a clip from the P2 card by mistake I must have back in any particular. I had selected a clip in the camera and then selected those that would remove both but was deleted. So how do you get the clip? anyone know?
 
Unless you backed up the clip somewhere else ... it is gone forever. Sorry for your bad luck.
 
I have backed up the card structure but, never the clips befort it was deleted.
They must be some way to get back the clip, such as using RescuePRO that goes with ordinary still images. They are just data files on a memory card. if anyone knows any programs or ways they are much appreciated.
 
In the case of P2, it isn't that simple. To do this you will have to contact Panasonic and send the card to them and they might be able to recover it. But they make no promises.

If you have the entire card structure backed up you should have the clips within that structure. Therefore you could transfer the entire backup back to the P2 card and have access.

If you did not properly back up the file structure and have deleted the clips from your card, Barry's book clearly states multiple times that the clips are gone for good.
