General memory card thread: micro SDHC vs SDHC

I'm sorry if this has been done over to death, but I can't really find much info on this specific topic (after numerous searches). Does anyone have any experience with using a 32gb micro SD card (with regular SDHC card adapter)? It seems there are no *fast* cards. There are some class 10 cards, but nothing similar to the sandisk 30mb/s, 45mb/s, and 95mb/s ones.

I have a gh1 and have used a random sandisk 32gb card, probably just a class 4 or 2. It does crash the recording and force me to turn on/off when there is heavy motion.

The reason I ask is because a micro card would be much more useful on an everyday basis vs a standard SD card. I've seen one report of samsung making a newer, faster version back in april. I've seen no evidence of anything for sale.

Anyone with any experience? I'm tempted to just get a 45mb/s sandisk extreme and be done with it.

A question that has been on my mind that is appropriate for this thread:
Talking about class 10 cards.
I know that the 30mb/s cards are pretty standard and reliable, and I have heard that the 45mb/s cards are not as reliable, at least compared to the 95mb/s cards.
But is there any reason to buy the 30mb/s over the 45mb/s? Is it more reliable? Can they do basically the same hacks? or can I push the 45mb/s cards harder?
