The G3 has decent video but is not up to the GH2 standard. No 24/25p and lower bitrate.

The GH2 you pointed to is "the same camera of this forum."

The latest firmware update from Panasonic allows for 25p and yes, it is hackable.

Thanks, what would be a recommended nice zoom lens for this? constant F stop.

I like nikon lens , can I use nikkor with this? what sort of adpapter would I need?

best regards

Yes you can use nikkor lenses, and yes you need an adapter. They come in various prices and styles. I would stick cheap, and just get somthing like this:
http://www.amazon.com/Fotodiox-adap...9V70/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1333057745&sr=8-1
For a bit cheaper though if you look around.
If you want aperture control, it will be a little more expensive, but you could always buy older lenses with aperture control on the body.

Your best bet for a nice zoom with constant fstop is the tamron 17-50 non-vc. A lot of users including myself have this lens. I own it on the canon mount though.

I was looking for a longer zoom, thre is a nice nikkor 70-200 and the 24-105 from canon, Do you know something like this made by other brand and cheaper?. I thing image stabilization is important, I been using a 25 105 canon with MKII and works good, recently i had the chance to use 24-70 with not stabilization and you can tell he difference in hand held shots
