ive got to do a car shot where the client WANTS reflections in the glass

the suggested camera is the fx6

I wonder if anyone has experienced strange (polarising) effects when shooting fx6, nternal ND reflective glass and metal.

and a bonus question.. what is the OD of the 28-135 lens if I need to add regular fore of the front element ND?

The thing I find to be mindful of is depending on the camera and the polariser used and the car windscreen involved that sometimes you will get a polarised 'rainbow' pattern in your shots at certain angles. I've found German car screens bad for that. Apparently, it's something to do with the lamination and heat bonding processes used in the screen manufacture. Experiment, experiment is the go. Sometimes with car screens, I've found linear polarizers better than circular polarizers. No hard and fast rules here. Apart from the aforementioned combo of kit and screens the angles of camera shots to screen angles can play a large part in the equation. Shooting car commercials you would almost inevitably end up with some shots that just didn't polarize the way you expected or wanted. Check out this pix for the type of effect I'm talking about.
