Future of big sensors

CineAlta. RED, including 1 and Scarlet. 5D, 7D, T2i. Nikon. What's next?

It seems that Canon's next generation of video camera (XH-A2?) will contain large sensors and the high technology of the new SLRs.

Any buzz about when this will happen?
