Hey everyone.. the FTP is up for the SCIFEST dvd.. the top 10 people get pole position and get on the disk for sure, the rest will be put on until the disk is full.. so upload your DVD versions or your extras/BTS here.

FTP server : dvxuser.com or ftp.dvxuser.com
Username : scidvd@dvxuser.com

Jarred. How do the rest of the films, other than the top 10 work? First on the ftp, first on disk? Also, do you need bts for the other films not in the top 10 to put them on the disk?
 
im gonna put as much as i can on the disk.. they will go on the disk according to quality of the BTS, not placement in the contest.
 
Cant seem to log on to the server. Keeps saying server closed connection.

Edit: It was a little quirky but its uploading.

Edit 2: it looks like it uploaded but let me know if its not all there. It renamed itself "retry" soooo i was a little wary about it.
 
huh? pix? is that a typo for mix or is that some codec thingy or something?

you want you want muxed mpeg2's just like for the online fest right?
 
Hey Jarred... Just wondering how progress on the DVD is going... the "soft" deadline for uploads was yesterday... just seeing what the status is on this (how many people have uploaded files, etc.)

anyways, im gonna collect them all together tonight and see where we are.

To be honest... we have very little BTS entered..
 
Sad that you didn't get a lot of BTS... I am glad we put something together for ours :)

I am feelin' a little better... didn't go to work today... trying to recover... thanks for askin'
