FS700 Slim Rig

After running around with a giant DOF Adapter rig, I've enjoyed the small form factor of my HDSLRs over the past few years. I want to keep my FS700 rig as lean as possible. This is what I'm looking at.

I like this rig as I've got rods and a shoulder support all in one with the option of adding rods out the back. I can also add the top handle later if I want.

I have a Metabones adapter that I'd like to have supported on the rails. It has a 1/4 20 thread at its base so I just ordered one of these:

Rails give me room for a follow focus. I don't use a matte box too often. I think this setup should work well. Any thoughts?

I have this. Easy to configure for dslr (cam in front) or dump the angle bar and pop the FS right onto your shoulder.
While $160 bucks more than your link, does have extra rods, back weight, handlebars and grips.
